HanNa Hur is a Compliance Associate at Hardin Compliance Consulting, LLC. Ms. Hur specializes in monitoring and testing compliance programs for registered investment advisers and broker dealers, drafting policies and procedures, and preparing annual compliance reports.
Prior to joining Hardin Compliance in April of 2018, Ms. Hur had extensive experience in advising a Korean company in the United States on its various legal issues as a Korean legal professional. Her responsibilities included counseling, litigation management, analyzing legal documents, drafting policies, conducting legal training, and regulatory research. Ms. Hur was also a clerk for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler, United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, where she assisted in litigation preparation, research, and opinion memos. Ms. Hur also worked as a legal intern for the Legal Secretary of the President of South Korea in Seoul, where she worked on a variety of legal issues.
Ms. Hur received an LL.M. from University of Alabama School of Law in 2014 and her LL.B. from the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies School of Law in 2012. While attending school in South Korea, Ms. Hur participated in the Public Interest Law Clinic, representing and researching cases.Back to Team Page
